Find out how to return an order

If you want to return a product you bought on MO online you have two options:

- SHOP: You can go to a MO store with your receipt and the products you want to return.

- HOME: You can request home collection. In this case, follow the steps listed below.

 

1. Mark the receipt

Mark which items you are returning on the receipt.

 

 

2. Request Pick-up

So that the collecting can be processed, you will need to send us an email to cliente@mo-online.com with the following data:

• Order number

• Full Address (for the collecting)

• Date for the requested collecting (working days only and with a minimum of two more days compared to the current day)

• Returning items

• IBAN (In case the payment has been done by card)

 

 

3. Pack it

Place the items and the receipt in the original package and seal it.

 

 

4. Package Pick-up

Give the package to the courier who will go to the address you gave.

 

 

5. Refund

Within a maximum of 14 working days, you will receive the amount equivalent to your return, in the payment method used in your purchase.

 

 

Make sure the products you return are in the same condition as they were received.
We do not accept items that have been used or those without labels.
