How do I return an item?
Only returns of items in perfect condition will be accepted, and they must include the corresponding invoice and the original sealed packaging.
We will collect the item(s) from your home address. Whenever possible, collection takes place within a minimum of X hours. The distributor will contact you to arrange to collect your item(s). If, for any reason, you are unable to be present at the time arranged, please contact the distributor in due time to arrange another time or date.

How long do I have to return the item(s)?
You may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.
How much will it cost to return my order?
Returns are free of charge. MO returns are always free.
How will I receive my refund?
If you place a request to return your order on the Online Store in your Personal Area, a refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method when placing your order.
Can I return any item?
