Returns

How do I return an item?

Only returns of items in perfect condition will be accepted, and they must include the corresponding invoice and the original sealed packaging.

We will collect the item(s) from your home address, simply send us an email to cliente@mo-online.com. Whenever possible, collection takes place within a minimum of 48 hours. The distributor will contact you to arrange to collect your item(s). If, for any reason, you are unable to be present at the time arranged, please contact the distributor in due time to arrange another time or date.
